- pip install --user 이슈 또는 virtual environment에 설치하라고 하는데 이 것이 더 나은 해결책인거 같습니다. 어쨌든 --user로 패키지를 설치하고 나서 문제가 발생했습니다. 이유는 Conda environment에서 파이썬은 hidden home directory (~/.local/lib/...)을 우선으로 본다는 것이였습니다.
