그룹캔자스(Kansas)는 1970년대 음반 위주의 록 차트에서 인기를 끌었던 미국의 록 밴드다. 이후 〈Carry On Wayward Son〉, 〈Dust in the Wind〉와 같은 히트 싱글로 인기를 끌었다.
