- 앱티스, 아지노모토 제기 미국 특허 무효심판 승소... '앱클릭' 특허 유효 특허 유지 앱티스는 일본 Ajinomoto(아지노모토)가 미국 특허심판원(PTAB, Patent Trial and Appeal Board)을 통해 제기한 특허 무효심판(IPR, Inter 미국 특허심판원은 최종 서면 결정(Final Written Decision)을 통해 아지노모토가 제기한 무효 주장을 모두 기각하고 앱티스의 앱클릭 핵심 특허를 유지하는 결정을 내렸다
