필자는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 맞는 교육기법으로 ‘70:20:10 프레임워크’를 제안한다. 70:20:10 프레임워크는 조직에서 발생하는 학습 방법 중 경험과 실천을 통한 자기주도형 학습이 70%, 조직 구성원 간 의사소통과 공유를 통한 사회적 학습이 20%, 전통적 형식학습이 10%의 비율로 이뤄져야 한다는 교육 방법이다.
